Decision and permission are two different things — this page controls only the second one.
Life-State Core can recommend an action even when Robbi is not allowed to execute it.

Share current location with another person
Robbi may not disclose your current location to another person without permission. This is separate from LSC using location as your own personal context.
Why this page exists
The Life-State Core calculates what would help you. Permissions decide what Robbi may actually do about it. Keeping those two things apart is what makes the system trustworthy: LSC can be confident and still be required to ask you first.
